Legal advice at the intersection of tax law, corporate law and cross-border matters

Intro / Positioning

Legal advice with an commercial perspective

I advise on tax-driven corporate law matters as well as on cross-border situations where legal, tax and economic aspects interact.

My advice is aimed at situations where an isolated legal or tax perspective is not sufficient.
Instead, legal, tax and economic aspects must be considered together in order to develop viable and sustainable solutions.

I work with a strong analytical focus and place emphasis on careful legal structuring rather than quick answers to complex questions.

What I advise on

Tax-driven corporate structures

I advise on corporate measures that are primarily shaped by tax considerations, such as restructurings, changes in shareholdings or liability-related structuring. My focus is on legally sound structures that are also tax-compliant and sustainable.

Cross-border tax-related matters

International aspects are becoming increasingly important. I advise on cross-border situations such as relocation, double taxation, foreign assets or international shareholding structures.
In doing so, I regularly work in close coordination with tax advisers and, where required, with foreign counsel.

Cooperation with tax advisers

I do not see my role as a substitute for tax advice, but as complementary legal support. I am frequently involved where tax concepts require legal implementation or where corporate law implications need to be examined in greater depth.

Trademark law

In selected cases, I also advise on trademark law. This area accompanies my work as a supplementary field alongside my tax and corporate law practice.

Who my advice is particularly suitable for

My advice is aimed at clients whose matters involve complex tax-related legal issues and where standard solutions are not sufficient.

  • Entrepreneurs and shareholders facing tax-driven corporate decisions
  • Family-owned businesses with closely interlinked tax and corporate considerations
  • Tax advisers seeking in-depth legal support
  • Clients with cross-border structures or international connections

My work is designed for structured and sustainable solutions rather than short-term answers to isolated questions.

Approach and cooperation

My law office is based in Frankfurt am Main. The location reflects professional standards and close proximity to economic and international matters – not a regional limitation of my practice. Many of my mandates are handled independently of my clients’ location.

Initial orientation

I am happy to provide an initial, non-binding assessment to determine whether legal support is appropriate and to what extent.

This initial assessment serves as a first orientation and does not replace comprehensive legal advice. Any in-depth review will be carried out on the basis of a separate engagement. Eine vertiefte Prüfung erfolgt – sofern gewünscht – im Rahmen einer gesonderten Beauftragung.

Please describe your situation as specifically as possible so that I can assess whether and how I may be able to assist you.
